1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CatwalkLive ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CatwalkLive.
2. The Service
CatwalkLive is a fashion discovery app. It lets you watch runway shows, browse a feed of style clips, view and save looks, follow designers, set reminders for upcoming shows, and keep personal notes. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Content & Community Standards
CatwalkLive may display user-generated content and lets you interact with it (like, save, comment). You agree not to post, share, or promote content that is:
- Sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Illegal, deceptive, or infringing on others' intellectual property
- Spam, scams, or automated manipulation of the service
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report content and block accounts from within the App. We review reports and remove violating content and users. We may remove content or terminate access for violations without notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Using the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Redistributing, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the App
- Using automated tools to manipulate or extract data from the App
6. Your Data
Your profile, saved and liked looks, followed designers, reminders, notes, block list, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit this personal data. You are responsible for your device's security and the data stored within the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Device Permissions
The App may request access to your camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, and notifications. These are used only for the related features (profile photo, voice notes, show reminders). No video or audio is recorded. All permissions can be revoked at any time in your device's Settings; denying a permission disables only the related feature.
8. Intellectual Property
The App — including its software, interface, branding, design, and curated content — is owned by CatwalkLive, SPL Entertainment, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the App grants you only a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your device.
9. Disclaimer
CatwalkLive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted performance. Runway and show content is provided for entertainment and discovery purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatwalkLive and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or service interruptions arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, the updated version will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
